HKUSPACE will host two online information sessions for the upcoming QF Level 4 Certified Insurance Professionals Induction Course, scheduled to begin at the end of July 2026 (TBC).

These sessions are designed for insurance practitioners, HR and training teams, and individuals interested in advancing their professional knowledge in insurance, financial planning, and related regulatory practice.

About the programme
The course is a QF Level 4 programme with 15 CPD hours. It runs for 3 months and is priced at HKD 8,000. It covers key areas including:

Nature and main features of risk and insurance
Insurance market structure and legal principles
Ethics, governance, and internal controls
Customer service and communication
Sales process and Hong Kong market insurance practice
Financial planning and investment-related concepts
The programme is suitable for those looking to build practical capability and strengthen their understanding of the insurance profession in the Hong Kong market. Successful participants who meet attendance and assessment requirements may be awarded a certificate through HKU SPACE.
